杭州麦趣网络科技有限公司，成立于2014年10月，位于杭州湘湖演艺产业园——旌琨楼，是一家用科技创新带动文化发展，用“云文化”概念引领科技创新，以“服务他人 成就自己”为价值追求，逐步成为一家在文化艺术领域颇具影响力的“文化互联网+”标杆企业。公司开发的“爱麦趣”考级服务系统是全国首家实现全程无纸化社会艺术水平考级系统，彻底解决传统考级模式所面临的人力物力耗费大、错误率高、制作周期长、管理不便等诸多方面的问题，先后被腾讯、网易、新浪、搜狐、杭州日报、钱江晚报多家媒体报道，目前正与浙江演艺集团浙江歌舞剧院艺术培训学校、江苏演艺集团艺术培训中心达成战略合作。
公司除了自我开发运营考级系统项目之外，还主导开发了多个商业开发项目，如华数公司与美国Discovery探索频道合作“求索”APP、北京舞蹈学院国标舞评分系统、浙江省舞蹈家协会舞蹈奖现场打分系统、以及设备租赁平台“小熊熊”等。
2017年杭州麦趣网络科技有限公司党支部正式成立。
